Well packaged and quickly shipped. Very good communication. The bad part is the the Hallmark Illuminations Starlight Starbright did not work. The item was listed as "Used: An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. " I got refunded the purchase price, but not the shipping cost. Not happy about paying to be the seller's Quality Control department. Now asking sellers if lights have been tested.
