Warranty A. New Machines and Reconditioned Machines

The Sellers warrant that any fault or defect due to bad workmanship or materials is proved within

Twelve months of delivery or within 2,000 working hours whichever shall be the less then the Sellers

Shall at their own expense repair or replace such faulty or defective part or parts but subject as

Aforesaid all expressed or implied warranties and conditions whether statutory or otherwise as to

Quality of fitness for any purpose of the goods are hereby expressly excluded. The Sellers will give the

Purchasers the benefit of any manufacturers guarantee or warranty relating to new machines.

B. Machines in existing Condition

The Sellers are not liable in any way for faults, shortages, errors, deficiencies or descriptions. The

Non delivery In order to comply with statutory transport regulations claims for non delivery cannot be allowed

And damage unless notified to the carriers and ourselves by letter within ten days from dispatch date and for all

In transit damages in transit within three days from receipt of goods.

Cancellation Cancellation of orders cannot be accepted without our written consent.

Unloading The buyer is responsible for unloading, site positioning, erection and any damage arising during

these operations. No liability can be accepted for any work whatsoever for account unless agreed
