    Vacuum works but more of a gimmick

    The blade is good and cuts well, the body feels very chunky in your hands because of the size of the vacuum fan. With the length guide on, the blade is set back quite a way, trimming under your nose is next to impossible, however, the rest of the beard it's great, very smooth. Glides well and catches all the random hairs that normally take 4-5 passes to get. Vacuum works for about 90-95% of the hair and holds quite a bit. If the fan was smaller (but just as effective) then the body would be smaller and then the blade would be closer to the edge when the length guide is on. If your not worried about trimming your moustache or fine with finishing manually then this is a great trimmer with very little mess. A charge stand would have been useful.

    Over priced with design detail faults

    Quite good on the head, good hair recovery suction. Clunky mechanism to set the comb height but ok for the hair. I personally found it quite useless on the beard, The design of the comb means that is impossible to reach the bit under your nose when trimming the beard while it is on. If you use it without the comb things are very different and it works so much better, still, I like my stubs a little longer, and this trimmer also has problems picking up beard hair that stays close to the skin and doesn't stick out on it's own. A very fast and straight forward trim results in a long fight against your hair. I would not suggest this item
