5 stars for communication because I’m not sure what they’d communicate with me over the hat I ordered. Description, shipping cost, and shipping time were awesome. On the sellers behalf they did everything amazing. I ordered a hat in the morning one day and an hour later it was mailed. USPS failed me on the shipping and held my package for 3 weeks. Seller = 5 stars. USPS = MAYBE 1 star. Thank you for the awesome hat though!

Arrived well over a week late. Had to pay more shipping to get package from post office. Packaging was a mess. Contacted seller multiple times - did respond quickly. Did not offer to fix issue with extra shipping cost. Item was as described.

The USPS messed up the boxing and had no reasoning to hold that box.. it was measured and weighed correctly. Only reason I didn’t offer helping on the shipping is because it was correct on my end and always send it my stuff packaged well with the correct service. This is a USPS matter… im sorry for the delay tho
