"New" ECU was posted over a week after it was purchased, on programming ECU was not neutralized and could not be programmed, was asked to send the old ECU back with the new one to get cloned, few days after received another bill for $400.00, they had no interest in talking out the matter as a new ECU should be able to be programmed and was told if I do not pay they will keep both the ECU's. - DO NOT RECOMMEND

The sprockets were a good price definitely no complaint there, however their postage time was not was advertised. I paid on the Monday, by the Friday still had not been posted. By the following Monday was on its way. I was advised it takes 3 days to process order. It took 5 days and a message to send. If your going to advertise quick despatch then I feel you should stick to it.
