    Item not as described, white dial not Mother of Pearl. Attempted to rectify but the seller became combative, so I escalated to eBay. The issue is seemingly resolved as we agree on a partial refund for the mistake. I still haven't received my refund and I don't think I ever will. Lied about the dial, wasted my time and now has pulled a bait-and-switch with the return/refund process. Extremely off-putting experience

    Have only just seen this! What the buyer hasn’t explained is it was a genuine mistake. As I’d explained, as soon as they had opened the box and realised it wasn’t correct they should have closed the box and asked for a full refund, which I would have happily done. What they haven’t explained is that they carried out their own ‘internal testing’ on the watch and damaged the watch so couldn’t return in its original condition. A partial refund was provided within days of receiving the payment.
