    Had to swap out the old failed steering ...

    Had to swap out the old failed steering lock housing, bought 2 of these replacement Mk6 Golf units, unfortunately once swapped and refitted the ignition would not fully switch off, so had to remove and source an alternative part. Wasted a lot of time and money. Don t buy cheap, you ll end up paying twice. Poor quality and performance.
