it sure took awhile but seller finally refunded cost of goods after I left negative feedback. I wish it hadn't come to that! Seems to me Ebay could improve this kind of action especially ability to remove negative feedback.

I was pleasantly surprised of how responsive the seller is. I needed help setting up the machine and they responded to my email right away and offered to connect with me over video chat to guide me through. I would highly recommend this seller.
