SHIPPING POLICY

All items are sent out within 1 working day, in case of the purchase made on weekend it will be sent out following Monday.

The default shipping method is Royal Mail 1st Class for items under £20 and 1st Class Signed For for items over £20. You have an options to upgrade to RM Special Delivery Guaranteed 1PM at a fee. If your package is returned to us, due to you, the customer failing to collect/re-arrange a new delivery date/schedule with the courier/postal service then we reserve the right to conduct one of the following;

i) If you agree to us re-sending your item once it arrives back to us, then we reserve the right to issue you the customer with a 'reasonable' return postage/carriage charge to cover our cost of re-sending the item, packaging fees and administration fee.
