    A great tool at a great price

    Bought this winch to use in my horsebox to load a driving carriage. Does the job a treat and stores away neatly in a cupboard in the horsebox when not in use.

    Cheap and not that cheerful/

    It's quite a lot of winch for the money, but gave a bit of trouble from the start. The two pins of the power lead connector were loose and had to be superglued in place. The reverse (pay out) function doesn't work. The clutch wheel, undone to pull out the cable, tightens back up as the drum revolves and has to be constantly tended to prevent this. So, several faults but the winch does work and it wasn't worth the bother of sending it back. It was quite inexpensive!

    Can’t be faulted great value

    I looked at a few of these on eBay and settled on this one after seeing reviews and I was not disappointed I got it to use on my car transporter but it’s very first use was to help move a caravan that not moved in years and is more less a hut with wheels caravan is 18 feet and I did not take out all the stuff that was in it the wheels locked solid on burst tyres also I wanted to move caravan sideways about a foot this winch did it no bother only problem I had was the steel box section I hammered into ground as land anchor bent yups one powerful hoist

    Light and easy to use

    Simple to use, very easy to install and remove - just slot on and off. Perfect for pulling a car or boat into a trailer. It is electric (plastic case) and not waterproof so don’t leave it on if raining. Very light to carry in one hand from and to the car boot. I use it for putting a classic car onto a trailer and it’s perfect.

    Good winch

    Worked perfectly, moved my caravan with the motor mover stuck on with ease, only criticisms get cable to the battery was only just long enough and mine isn’t a long car, so maybe a couple more foot on the cable would make it perfect (I have made myself a metre and a half extension) it’s spot on now
