Unusually for Ego got this one wrong dealer customer care awful
I have always been delighted with all my EGO products but sadly found the 65cm hedge trimmer not up to the same well thought out design. The blade on the 65cm appears to be an over extended modified version of a shorter model as it appears flimsy and in use doesn’t possess sufficient rigidity. On the top of the cutting bar there are rivets located in guide channels that move back and forth that fill with hedge cutting debris slowing and affecting the blade operation. Unless you keep routinely stoping turn the trimmer upside down and pick the debris out of each of the channels.
