    When I received the package, it had been through a lot. I think it got stuck in a machine w/ the USPS. The USPS even put the package in a clear plastic bag, which had a note saying how they handle lots of mail and sometimes they can get damaged. No apology, no discussion of the options the USPS could offer. I contacted the seller, and I went ahead and purchased another item, and he included a replacement patch with the new item. As far as the item, and seller, they were great! I recommend!
