The chairs arrived on time unpacked them only to find that right hand handle on one of the chairs was damaged I contacted the seller about the problem and included pictures of the damage they got back to me with an offer of 20% discount if I kept the chair I declined this offer asking for a replacement chair they then came back with an offer of 50% discount to keep the chair I again declined this offer eventually they sent another 2 chairs will not be using them again

Total scam of a company sent me a very flimsy item and when i asked for a replacement but i wanted the bigger version they said for me to pay the extra which i was happy to do given that i was getting the larger item. However they took my money. Never sent the new item and refuse to contact me again as they owe me the additional money i sent.
