- r***i (915)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseI got what I ordered, the price was fair, shipping was fast, unfortunately the battery pack would not fit correctly and I had to use a rubber band and a cardboard shim for it to make correct contact. I can put the old battery pack back in the unit and it does work correctly with no shim or rubber band. Your sweeper battery spring contacts may have become slightly shorter over time, resulting in inadequate contact with the battery. Please use a pair of needle-nose pliers to gently pull the two contact springs upward and test it again. It is always a good idea to ensure that the springs are slightly raised to ensure good contact between the sweeper battery holder, charger, and battery.
