I have been very generous and left neutral feedback. Your packing in a plastic bag with no protection has meant that UPS delivered a damaged item. You agree the packaging was very bad, but have not made any attempt to compensate. UPS will not compensate when a fragile item is poorly packed. That is clearly your fault. Photo supplied, but you suggested I was fraudulently making a claim. Blaming your partner is no excuse. Other buyers beware.
