    Best I have used.

    I have taken several other types of sleep aids but this is absolutely the best. Great night sleep. but to my surprise, no morning grogginess!!! Wide awake! I took one pill about 2 hours before I went to bed, Woke up 8 hours later feeling refreshed. Good stuff!!!!!!!!!!!

    Save your money it doesn't work, first time I have 'ever' had to put a negative on for any type of tablets. Despite the cost plus p&p I did expect them to work, that will teach me to to discard a tried & tested sleep aid

    Helps sleep well

    This product really seems to make u sleep well. I still have to take the maximum recommended dosage on the bottle way more than a hour before bed to fall asleep at a decent hr. But I've been taking it for about a little more than a week and I've been waking feeling pretty good.
