The item when arrived was disgustingly dirty, we had to clean it before putting it together, can’t believe someone would send an item out in Sutch a state. In addition, the item has a fault adapter on top of the machine and only works intermittently, requested a refund from the seller. Hadn’t packed it well at all Not happy at all

Did you not check the photos or read the listing? Item was used condition. It was cleaned, customer made excuse to send the item back for refund.
