There was a bit of a delay in shipping, but I’m not mad because 1) I was told upfront it was Golden Week (a Japanese holiday) so I should expect a mild delay, 2) the seller was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything the that originally came in the box (optical audio cable, original remote, and all the paperwork explaining advanced features) even though the listing advertised only the base system.

Which was a pleasant surprise sense there was no images of the box. The remote also had working batteries which i was happy about. The shipping was mega fast too considering there location i thought it would take longer. The sound bar is amazing in action. I use it with my ps4/ps3/vita tv and its just enough boom. Thank you! i will be shopping with you all again soon.
