They listed an item with postage then told me they did not want to send it. Ignored messages asking what was going on and tried to cancel the order but couldn't. Ebay advised me to open an 'item not received' case to get my money back. They then said they would send the item but this came far too late. Like a child they tried to blame me for the delay in receiving a refund and never offered any apology/accountability which just confirms they have no integrity whatsoever, shameful and disgraceful
