I contacted seller asking for returns process and if they actually had Twin and Earth they could send as I needed it urgently for a job. Instead of answering my questions they were only interested in seeing photo of my cable and then could I advise of text hidden under sticky label until 3rd email asking for refund as I purchased elsewhere as I couldn’t wait

The best price by far. smart looking with good light out put. because I am using an old type dimmer and not the new type some of the bulbes failed after1and1/2 years this has not stoped me from buying more.
