Horrible service, you better stay away.I gave indications for a new rug with 15 x 15 cm patches on it but twice they sent me a rug with the wrong measurements, on the first one the colors were also absolutely wrong. In the end they even lie about the original measurements trying to hide their incompetence. The first patches were 10 x 10cm and the second ones 12 x 12cm. The explanation (lie) was that the patches were stitched up overlapping but in the picture you can see that is not true.

By far the worst buyer ever, he asked me to make a completely custom rug, he makes a mistake when specifying the colors, we send a rug, he rejects it, he asks me to make another one, we send photos of the product before sewing, he confirms that he loves the product and again upon receiving the item, he rejects it again.Bad buyer, disaster of a person. We will NEVER sell you a product again.
