Despite the item sadly arriving broken, the seller was very positive and gave great customer service! Can't fault them because the item was very well packaged but due to circumstances outside of their control, the order arrived broken. The seller was quick to respond and very understanding! Sadly, the item arrived broken in the post despite being well packaged. The seller apologised profusely and immediately refunded the cost. The response seemed entirely genuine and I would happily use this seller again. Unfortunately, there was no immediate replacement for this item and I had to shop elsewhere.
