Unfortunately a very unpleasant experience. I was sent the wrong item/model #. It was claimed in the listing & pics to have been new & sealed but it wasn’t even sealed when received. Seller told me she’d reach out on Monday to look for the correct item but I never heard from her until I reached out 6 days later. Was issued a partial refund. I left negative feedback and ever since, she has repeatedly been calling and texting my phone number from 3 different #’s demanding I remove the feedback.

So SORRY abt the remote NOT matching yr needs. I REFUNDED immediately on receipt of the return. USPS takes 6+ days to deliver Returns. Pls do NOT punish me for USPS speed. I am SINGLE MOM disabled by many serious conditions and I do my best to keep every customer happy.
