Great product,easy to install thanks to clear instructions which walk you through each stage.I replaced an old Honeywell Thermostat which had failed.App is excellent,allowing all kinds of settings to be used.Also works on Apple or Android phones.Would recommend.

Brilliant, and simple to install
This is a brilliant product, which was simplicity itself to fit. Following the steps through fitting via the web site was intuitive, and simply lead me through the steps required. If you can put a shelf up, and set up your new mobile phone, then you can do this. I would have preferred the addition of a 'Boost' feature, to briefly turn up the heating for a known period, but this system is so easy to turn it up, just remember to turn it down again.This is a brilliant product, which was simplicity itself to fit. Just what was required
I needed this because the radiator in my room is in an awkward place, which meant the radiator thermostat (a TADO V3+) warmed up quickly and closed down the rad before the room had properly warmed up. It was easy to configure the new wall thermostat into our system, and link it to the rad one, overriding it. Now I have the wall thermostat out in the room and the radiator keeps pumping out the heat until the whole room is warm. So far, so excellent
Hard to give 5 stars since it's been active less than a week. Also, we have a slight problem that means the geofencing part of the system thinks our home radius is centred round another house with the same name but in the next village. Customer support must be able to fix this easily.
