    The order arrived damaged with the cap open even though the item was packed in bubble wrap. The order had leaked everywhere. I assume this was a logistics issue and to do with the transit of the order in the post. I reached out to the seller Gudz UK who agreed to give me a full refund. I can't blame the seller here as they have been so understanding. These things do happen from time to time, and I hope the seller gets this delivery issue resolved with Royal Mail.

    I have given this a positive but this is for the price only. On arrival the packaging was wet inside as the bubble wrap pocket was sticky with leaked shampoo, hence less liquid. The secondary packaging was insufficient to keep the product tight & upright hence the leakage. Please view attached photos. Suggestion, fastening the tops with tape, for transit, might solve the problem of leakage. Recommendation to this seller. A.Smith

    I ordered on the 29/05, they said they sent untracked on 30/05, yet it arrived on the 11/06 by Tracked 48??? I nearly put a claim in, and had no response to my earlier email.     Life saving oil

    I'm afraid I can't live without this oil now. It relieves so much pain and is so easy to use. Because of this I just wish it was a little cheaper, as I have to buy it all the time.

    Wonder stuff...

    By crikey this stuff is good. Was woken up with searing cramp in my calf this morning which continued for a couple of hours till I remembered I'd bought this spray. Used it and it started working almost immediately, didn't completely alleviate it but pain much more manageable and more like a slightly sore muscle than the stabbing pain I'd felt before. Going to try it on other areas of pain to see how it works. Can't recommend enough!

    Wonderful stuff in original packaging!

    For the past 3 years I have bought the original Mag spray from BetterYou but this time I chose the sensitive one (older stock I presume) because it's in the old style spray bottle and has a really informative cardboard cover, the new bottle sprays too wide so product is lost to the surrounding area & they have left off much of the very important info on their new packaging e.g. does not suggest spraying into mouth to help reduce plaque (which it does, my hygienist confirmed this). Unless customers are informed they do not know; I feel in an effort to improve BetterYou is now actually under selling their wonderful product and certainly not helping their customers as much as before.
