I ordered the ring on a Thursday and it arrived the following Monday, so super fast shipping! The ring looked brand new even though it was described as used. It was in immaculate condition and when I went to James Avery to have it engraved, the sales people kept commenting on how the ring looked brand new and that they wished it was not a retired design.
