We made an honest mistake and for that we are very sorry.
We advise all customers to inspect their deliveries upon receipt and report any discrepancies to us immediately so that we can take action to rectify any mistakes as quickly as possible.
Sadly, in this rare instance, we were not informed in time to be able to resolve the issue for our customer by sending the appropriate goods on an express service, and as such we issued a full refund immediately.
