Acceptance of orders
We validate your order and credit or debit card details you submit to us before you your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide in your registration form.
Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.
When your order contains a pharmacy medicine your order will be subject to review by a Allcures pharmacist. Subject to this pharmacist’s approval, sale of these medicines will then be made by Allcures.
Colour Reproduction
Allcures has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the internet.
This means that when you order the products from the Shop, colours may different from what you see on the screen.
Purchasing pharmacy medicines
When purchasing pharmacy medicines you may be asked to provide some additional information about your health, so that Allcures pharmacy staff can check that the medicine is suitable for you. When received we hold it confidentially on our systems, where it can be viewed only by approved Allcures staff. Any further correspondence between the pharmacy and yourself will be treated as confidential.
RETURNS POLICY
Cancellation rights
Consumers have the right to cancel orders for goods that have been placed using this website for up to 7 working days after the date on which the item(s) are delivered. This right does not apply to medication or any appliance that is made from materials that may be distorted if worn.
To exercise this right, you should follow the instructions in ‘How to Return Items’ below.
You have a legal responsibility to keep the items in reasonable condition and in your possession until they are returned to us. This includes keeping any hygiene seals in place.
Once we receive notice from you in writing that you wish to cancel your order, we will refund the purchase price for that item and, unless the item has been dispatched, the standard postage charge you paid.
Damaged and faulty items
If any item we have supplied is damaged on receipt or, within 6 months supply, develops a fault, we will replace or repair the item free of charge or refund the price you paid for it together with any postage charges you paid to us for delivery. You may have additional manufacturers’ warranties with some products such as electrical items giving you additional rights and you should check these carefully.
How to return items
If you are returning a damaged or faulty item please repack the items and send them to: Customer Services, Allcures, Allcures House, Arisdale Avenue, South Ockendon, Essex, RM15 5TT.
Upon receipt of your goods we shall refund the postage directly to the card you used to order the items.
Liability
Our maximum liability for our failure to fulfil an order that we are legally bound to fulfil will be limited to the price paid by you for that order.
