Very poor indeed! This was late arriving and when it did, it was poorly packaged with the contents exposed. The cutlery set is very poor quality with rough edges. Some of the knives are tarnished and even showing small patches of rust! I contacted the seller and asked to return this, but I was expected to pay the full postage costs. I queried this as I felt it unfair as I would not have bought this if I'd known what poor quality it was. Seller refused to help on each occasion!

I ordered 4 jugs. They took a while to arrive and when they did 2 had been smashed to pieces because they were very poorly packed. They had white plastic lids, not the red ones shown. The seller did however very promptly refund me the cost of the 2 broken jugs.
