    I'm giving a Neutral as the item was listed in "Very Good" condition, yet came with a chunk missing from the DVD case & dried bug poop was inside. Damage was before mailing as the missing corner wasn't in the package. Also, pics could have shown the damage (yet didn't) as I was able to capture it to post here. The reason I'm not giving a Negative is how responsive the Seller was to the issue, & how quickly the money was refunded. All hassle-free so I chose Neutral over Negative. :) Thank you.
