    Classy looking portable heater that quickly heats up the room and doesn’t take up much floor space

    I wanted a stylish looking heater that could very quickly heat up a room when I get home to supplement my central heating which only warms up my home slowly. So I don’t use it for long periods as no electric heaters are as cost effective as gas. So this meets my requirements very nicely.

    Still noisy

    Which? had so highly recommended this, especially because is was supposed to be so quiet. I don’t think it is and it’s always a relief when the thermostat switches it off. But it works ok and is just adequate to heat a medium sized conservatory. But then so was our £10 heater from B&Q!

    Dimplex Electic Studio G Tower Heater-effective and stylish

    I have only owned this heater for a short while so these are first impressions. It is quiet, effective and quite stylish. It comes with remote control which is very useful and easy to use. Time will tell if it proves reliable long term but it appears well made and Dimplex is a respected brand.

    Easy to use and a great heater

    Very easy to use and very effective. I bought it so on cold mornings I didn't have to put the cetral heating on for an hour to heat up the whole house. Now I just put the heater on for half and hour and everything is great
