Be wary of this seller, he decided to stop responding because I was no longer under buyer protection and he didn't want to refund money for a damaged item. Wanted to return immediately
but messed up ebay return process, ebay advised post manually, he didn't respond to request for address, so posted to address on parcel, later found out address not exist. No contact number or address on website either. There is no reasonable explanation for why seller didn't provide address.

You didn't ask us for a return address, it seems you just guessed and chose not to use the one shown on the listing which is our registered address.
You opened a return which we approved but then you closed it for some reason, we assumed you'd decided to keep the plants after realising they were great after all.
We didn't hear anything from you since which is why we didn't respond.
Somehow this was all our fault???
