The seller gave an explanation in that the listing had not been changed for winter. Why should it? A further message of questionable tone followed explaining how other sellers grew the willow, the roots would be brittle and fall off anyway, and I would get the same as what he sent. To be fair good comms and no problem getting my refund so neutral not negative.
