As for the preset ratings there should be a maybe setting. I might recommend ti someone who wants to give themselves a boost in the right direction it works fine. More of a placebo effect i think but after the second week even upping the dose seemed all advantages were lost. Not a bad price, just wish the effects continued longer to get me back into the swing of things after being laid up in bed after surgery for 2 months.As for the preset ratings there should be a maybe setting. Great supplement for boosting T level and libido
I have been using this supplement for 4 - 5 years after I was told by my family physician that my testosterone level wasn't what it should be. For me, he didn't advise testosterone treatments, he said that is only for extreme cases and can have side effects. He recommended that I do my homework and find a good supplement for me and that he had seen good results with other patients. I did research several supplements online and decided to go with the High T Senior. The next visit at the doctor a few months later the lab results showed my testosterone level in the range it should be in. That was very good, but even better, my libido and desire improved remarkably. I'm convinced that for me this product does everything it should do. I am a bit disappointed that the manufacturer decided ... If the manufacturer/KFM Brands could return to the 90 count bottle it would be a better fit to this daily supplement.

Cant tell any difference as far as energy, stamina or overall feeling yet. Will take til they are all gone but I'm a month in and no change. Very disappointing considering the brand.
