i used 230mm 36w and would recommend using the 300mm light spread is limited but might be because i have very low ceiling height, are very slim about 1 inch so good for head space delivery was good and general product is good. very fine connection cables at the back of these units and not good for chaining i had to use junction boxes. if I bought again would use 300mm 48w can never have to much light.
