I purchased an order on eBay with Buy it now options I paid cash drove 3 1/2 hours to pick it up from the Business to be told it was sold three weeks prior so I asked if the other two that were advertised available on eBay Buy it now and were told no sorry, we have been busy and sold out, but they still continued to advertise them on eBay with Buy it now options I would not advise of purchasing any items from this company as you may suffer the same consequences. So at the end of the experience !

This item recently sold, but we had other L-Sealers in stock which could be refurbished in 1-2 days.
You didn’t arrange collection, you bought and paid at 5.33am & messaged us at 5.37am, to say you were now driving 3½ hrs to collect, without awaiting confirmation that collection was possible that day. We messaged you at 8.56am advising you that we were out on service work all day, but you had already set off. We refunded you the next working day, as requested.

Paid for item same day of purchase. Paid £138 extra for pallet delivery. Delivery quoted 2-3 days. After 7 days nothing, chased, no reply, Phoned direct. item still in sellers yard!. Promised express despatch and upgrade to 24hr delivery. Another 5 days passed. Nothing. Item still in yard after 14 days. Item now sent but stuck in warehouse because lorries too small to take it. Another 3 days pass. Eventually delivered on its side 20 days late. Major problems caused due to non arrival.
