Packaging is subpar, 2 ply of bubble wrap, sent second class Royal Mail (see images) my advice do not risk! bought on 6th drive came DOA 5 days later, seller admitted guilt, albeit drive was returned using (came damaged), still no refund and it’s 20th now. Money borrower. 15 days no cash and no equipment ordered! 😞 will contact eBay.

Hello, I explained that there was an error in the packaging for your order which is annoying and caused a problem with a couple of orders. This has now been sorted and the correct packaging is being used. We send these products with Royal Mail Tracked 48 as advertised so I’m a little confused about comment on this? And if we are being picky its only the 19th now when you posted your feedback. The item arrived back on 16th and I have until the 20th to refund under eBay rules! Money borrow??
