    I have never left negative feedback but my experience with this seller has been deeply disappointing. After paying promptly (11/12), I was sent a message three days later (14/12) with a promise to post the next day. After a further five days (19/12) I suddenly received a refund, without any excuse or apology. I asked for clarification (I was keen to receive the book) but did not receive any response. I entered into this transaction in good faith: being dismissed and ignored was unnecessary.
