    Item badly stained/unwearable condition, seller advised and refund made without label to return, no return address etc, so item put in bin due to the damage, no comms from seller, then sends abuse 4 weeks later. Filthy item and hostile seller. AVOID!!

    Buyer grossly exaggerated condition of jacket, which is why when buyer requested a refund I made the refund without delay. I would happily still own the jacket. Now instead of sending the jacket back to me (or messaging me when they realised there was no return label) buyer ‘binned’ the jacket and only told me after I had sent multiple ignored messages. Terrible and Immoral.
