    Spectacular old school Hollywood at its best!

    I watched this as a child at my big sisters house and fell in love with the story and music. It certainly hasn't dissapointed. It was also my first introduction to the wonders of Louis Armstrong. Both incredible musicians who really move me still. Joan Allyson who plays Glenn Millers wife is spectacular and I am still looking for my Chummy! Love, love, love it!

    The movie is great

    The movie is great. The story and music are the reason I bought this and I haven’t seen it for ages. The only problem I can find is the disc is scratched but I assure you that it played with no jumps or freeze frames so all in all a good purchase.
