The item was packaged well and arrived swiftly however the incorrect PSP was sent to me, which was in worse condition than on the listing pictures. I messaged ssteezcouk regarding this and explained there was a mix up with the units and had accidentally sent the wrong unit. I was able to return the package and received a full refund through eBay's return service. Obviously not happy that I had received the wrong unit, but it was a genuine mistake and the matter was resolved quickly.
