Their communication was direct and prompt. I would do business with them again. The issues were not their fault. Both items came in original packaging.

    This collectible arrived covered in bubble-wrap, no outer box. The OEM box was completely destroyed and the factory seal was broken. Contacted the seller and they are more interested in blaming the shipper than taking responsibility for their "cheap" packaging. Item should have been shipped in a box for protection. This could have turned out bad, but at least the actual item was not broken or had parts missing. I will refrain from using this seller in the future.

    Cant Go Wrong With A Dyson Ball!!

    I Bought this to replace a serval year old Dyson Ball Multi Floor (Its Still Works but broke a part on Cannister plan to find part and fix) This is a Model that was produced in 2022/2023 so no the newest which is the Animal 3. I know we live in the world of cordless but I still love my Dyson!!

    Worth the $

    Easy to assemble and works great. My second dyson, first one lasted 15 years, still works well but wanted a new downstairs vacuum and moved the old one upstairs to replace and old Oreck.
