Great communication. Chair and foot stool arrived early looking brand new. The seller and the courier both kept me informed about the day of delivery and gave me a 3 hour time slot. On the day they informed me they were on the way and gave me a earlier time slot and just before they arrived I had a text message saying they would be there in a few minutes and true to their word they were. Helpful friendly couple of guys 10 out of 10. Definitely buy from them again.
