    The item itself arrived as described. My only frustration was that it was listed as an item you could make an offer. It was $12.99 so I offered $10. They declined. I offered $11 which was listed as a choice and they countered with $12.49. I took it only because I was tired of the hassle. If you’re going to accept offers, at least give your client something reasonable to deal with and not just $.50. In the future I’d avoid this seller for that reason.
