A slim toilet seat is sent not the chunky one as per the main photo which is why I ordered this one, could have got cheaper and the same. Have informed the seller and was offered no compensation was just told to send whole toilet back but builder had already fitted it so that wasn’t an option. Decided on neutral not negative feedback as the actual toilet is fine.
