    Maintains the high standard of the first book - just.

    I like this type of detective novel - minimal sex and violence, a bit of a puzzle to work out and some slight humour. Holds the attention well. However I felt that it was slightly the weakest of the three books, but well worth reading for all that.

    Good captivating read

    Really recommend the whole series each book gets better than the previous,this is excellent has drama. Suspense, and can follow the plot fairly well. Can’t wait to read the next one

    Another superb Strike thriller.

    This book follows on in the same entertaining way as the previous. It flows, is an easy read and keeps glued to the story. the characters are captivating and Strike novels are a really addictive read Once started it is so difficult to put down. In all a brilliant whodunit.Highly recommended
