Item was delayed getting to me due to quality control concerns. Item does have glue on show just underneath the book. Item described as a tree topper but doesn't seem to be designed to sit on top of a tree, had to undo the stitching at the bottom underneath so I could stick the top of my tree inside so the item could actually sit on my tree. Quality for the price is ok just could do withol being designed so it's fit for purpose.

Product delivered was not as advertised - size not as listed/wrong colour. Contacted seller who made several offers of refund amount rising significantly from 10% of cost (which was declined) until a full refund amount when I contacted ebay, without product return. However to be fair - excellent comunication - hence neutral experience feedback
