GREAT communication and confirmation that this item was intact and would fit in my Epson Artisan 800 printer, including its delivery status ... just a little stressed that the shipping (from China) was so high (2xs the price of the item) PLUS I had to pay import duty before DHL would release it for delivery. But I am HAPPY to be getting my repaired printer back soon after 4 weeks ... I'd source this seller AGAIN if he has anything else I may come to need in future.

Seller is very responsive and polite. I have an ET 4750, I've cleaned my head myself but nothing worked. I ordered from this seller, the head that was initially sent was printing worse than my original head. Then the seller proposed to send me a replacement as a compensation - I didn't believe that it will work better, but the second head works fine just after installation and doing a power cleaning to prime it. I have a second same machine, so I will buy a head again from the same seller for it

Prnt head arrived in time and as scheduled. I wish I could say more, but my printer literally fell apart in one area... so it totally is useless now. I will say this seller was very good at packing the unit and it came well insulated. I give the seller a good mark and would reorder if needed next time.
