A definite must-read whether you're a parent, teacher, coach... This title may as well be rewritten as "How to Succeed" or "Secret to Personal and Others' Happiness." This book also gives great advice on how to be a good worker, student, boss... More importantly, it is the mindset behind the success. Dweck informs us what kind of attitude is ideal in many successful people, but also shares where many people have gone wrong. It had been an amazing eye-opener, and I plan to read this book over and over as a constant reminder that I and my children can do anything if I put my mind to it and lead others to the mindset so they can also succeed.
I suffer with anxiety and although I am having counselling, I also decided to read up on changing my mindset, this book by Dr Carol S Dweck is full of things I can relate with. It's easy to read and written as though I researched the material. I will be keeping this book with me for the rest of my life.
