Rcvd tracking info that package was delivered but it definitely was not. No clue what’s going on but have a beer dad two year old who never received her birthday gift.

    After a week, I reached out to the seller asking where my item was. Got typical "I've been busy" excuse but was assured it was being shipped out the next day (Saturday). I emailed to see if the item was shipped as promised. I received no response. I waited to the end of day and asked to cancel and requested a refund. I got the refund on Monday but no apology or any email response. I'll never use this seller again
